The material and colour palettes for the Cullum Street HÔP were inspired by its setting in this beautiful and rare piece of art nouveau architecture, Bolton House, tucked away in the heart of the City. Brass, from the window benches outside, was brought in as a feature material that formed frames for menu hanging systems and shelves for light boxes and merchandise to be displayed. One of HÔP’s distinctive floral patterns wraps around its interior adding to it’s warmth.
