In the newly granite-clad, pedestrian square outside King’s Cross Station, Coffee Dogs opened its shutters to sausage fans. With bold and colourful branding and graphics, taking sausages seriously but life with a pinch of salt, Crolla brought a bit of hot dog, Chicago-style, home.
